Danish Faisal Bin Mohd Faiz
Born on the 18th July 2006 via Caesarean at 11.14pm
Weight: 4.1kg
Head Circumference: 34 cm
Length: 56 cm
Place of brith: Manjung, Perak
Comment: Just relief that my baby is safely delivered at the end. I was induced by my obstetrician on the edd as the water looks inadequate. After 2 inductions of labour, i was still not in labour, contractions weren't very strong, baby's head not even engaged, my cervix barely opened, so we were given choices whether to still wait until the next morning or go for LSCS. Bearing in mind that baby was already in distress and i might not go into labour the next morning, we decided to give a 'go-ahead' for LSCS. So, an hour later, we got our first child. It never occured to me that the baby might be slightly big for his age.. hehe. I commented that evening that someone's newborn was sooo big, she was 3.95kg. little that i know my baby was going to be 4.1kg at birth. If i had gone thru normal labour, only Allah knows how bad and messy it would be, i supposed. Alhamdulillah laa i didn't even go thru normal labour. However, before that, we really wished that it would be normal labour of course. i prayed that i get the labour pain. i never got close to it. so, for my next pregnancy, i wish that i could go into normal labour.. betul ke eh?? if the baby not too big and that it goes as smoothly as possible la. no forceps or ventouse or prolonged labour etc. CS memang la felt horrible after that, but i think i recover faster knowing that Danish needs me. it's 3 days after the operation, i'm already feeling a lot better. if not because of this jamu i took in the morning, takde la sakit kepala yg teruk sgt ni. besok tobat tanak amik dah jamu nih. Happy sangat dah dapat baby, the pregnancy is over.. alas, gotta join apis and atik's club.. heheh.

Bukit Merah Laketown
|
|
i went to Bukit Merah for Faiz's ISO retreat. he had a busy schedule, so i just went around sightseeing with the other families who came. Made several new friends who mostly live in my area, Makcik, Kak Ros and Kak Zura. the Ecopark was fantastic, so many animals, and some of which i never known before. like Bearcat (in the picture), apparently live in forests in Borneo and Sumatera. in the afternoon, Papa, Aina and Nabila joined us at the Waterpark. Unfortunately my camera has run out of battery. so no pics for the Waterpark.

Eventually Inah's flight was brought forward to the 22nd, giving her time to reach ther before her registration day. her partners in crime and swimming joined us for the final goodbye, Mouse and Liyana. we lunched at the Burger King, thanks to Liyana's Aunt (blue baju kurung), we got discount.. nice2! Lucky for mama and babah that Islam doesn't permit gambling.. cos otherwise i would have earned a lot of money for betting that both of them were gonna weep. anyway, it was sad to see my youngest sister go, but hey, she'll be back next year for Summer hols. InsyaAllah.. All the best sis!!

since bapak commented that i like to babble in here, i became shy already.. but i feel that i need to write something down for Bali.. cos i loooveee the trip so much, partly because it was my honeymoon of course.. but it is a beautiful place "island of thousand temples".. aaaa miss the pakcik with kain pelikat already!!!

SUMMER GRADUATION 2005

Alhamdulillah, on this one fine day, i graduated from Notts University with BMBS. Finally, all the hardships paid off for i don't know how many ppl in my batch.. at least 180 i think. it also meant the last time i was gonna see them all. Sha came for my graduation. she brought me flowers. so nice of her. We went to the Wagamama afterwards for an early dinner which was quite tasteless and after all, we were already full after the refreshment. For me, it's gonna be another good 3 months break, but for others, their career begins in 3 weeks. i wish everybody including me, luck in saving people and avoiding as many fatal mistakes! i bet we all need it!
